With all these exercise ideas for the average golfer you’re probably wondering what you should be doing.  My opinion is, you do what feels right and you do what improves your game. If you start exercising and notice your golf game getting worse, maybe you lay off the exercises for a while and see if your game comes back. Testing is the key. Just because someone else says these exercises work for them, doesn’t mean that it will work for everyone else.
